Whitley Bay Big Local refurbishment plans

We have secured funding to make our vision of developing a low carbon community centre in Whitley Bay a reality with funding from the Community Ownership Fund, North of Tyne Combined Authority, Coop and Local Trust. We are working with CEAD Architects based in Newcastle to create a financially and environmentally sustainable building.

You can view the plans here. We have been consulting with the Whitley Bay Big Local community about our plans for the future. The consultation has beeb online and in the building at 158 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay.

If you would like more information, send an email to hello@whitleybaybiglocal.org.

We look forward to hearing your comments on our plans.
