Room Hire Booking Guide

This is to guide you through the Hallmaster booking appPlease feel free to contact us for support or to book a room on your behalf

​

To make a booking request, click on the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time, you will be asked to enter your contact details and a password so that you can track your booking status and  changes that are made, plus view any invoices and payments.


Once you have done this, you will need to complete the booking by 

    • Selecting rooms.

    • Adding the event name.

    • Selecting start and end date / time. 

    • Tick Recurring Booking if this is a booking for multiple dates, choose the booking frequency (eg Daily, Weekly etc) then add the additional dates.

    • Select the Activity type.

    • Select Privacy from Private (only time is displayed), Public (contact details hidden), Public (all details displayed)

    • Add the expected number of people attending.

    • Add any special requirements and any additional information in Description.

    • Use  the icon to see more information

Booking Public Activities

If you are booking an activity that you would like us to help you promote:

​

  • Tick the box public & decide wheteher to display or not display contact details

  • Add a detailed description of the activity, pricing and booking information​

 

Your event will then display on our What's on guide and Facebook page, with a reach of several thousand


When the booking is complete, please read or Terms & Conditions and Risk Management Guide then press Save to send your booking to our administration team. You will receive a confirmation email.


When you have created an account and logged in, you will be able to view and download your bookings and invoices.
