We are a community building and are here to support community members to run the activities they want and also be there for new and emerging businesses to try out their ideas.

Over three floors our Covid secure building in Whitley Bay is spacious enough to host a variety of activities: from meetings, therapy, arts and crafts to fitness and wellbeing activities in a variety of spaces and smaller meeting rooms.

Green room: (Dimensions: 5.9m x 3.8m)

Grey room: (Dimensions: 3.5m x 3.5m)

Hire by the hour, part or whole days or on a regular basis. Our rates are friendly, flexible  and competitive.

• Kitchen access or tea/coffee point
Add-ons:
• One-off hire of additional rooms for meetings
• Small item storage
• Printing, copying, scanning, faxing 

• Projection equipment

• Flip-charts

• On-site catering in partnership with local suppliers

7am-11pm (Mon-Sat)

• 8am-9pm (Sun)

• Close to bus routes (51, 306, 308, 309)

• Close to 3 car parks

The rooms can be arranged flexibly: theatre style, classroom layout, cafe style or  hollow square  to ensure your are Covid secure.
